Before appearing in the search, each professional sends their ID, their diplomas or certificates and their photo. Our team checks them. The documents are only visible to the professional and the verification team.

Authentic reviews
Only a client who has actually worked with a professional is invited to give their opinion. Professionals who rarely answer are flagged in the results.
Your privacy
- You communicate in the app: messages, audio and video calls. Your number is not shown to other users, except on a quote.
- The content of your messages never appears in the notifications on your locked screen.
- Your searches are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 180 days.
- Voice dictation records nothing: only the recognised text is used.
- You can delete your account at any time.
What the app asks for, and why
- Notifications: to be told about a reply, a message or a call.
- Camera: to take your profile photo or your documents, and for video calls.
- Microphone: for audio and video calls, voice messages and dictation.
- Location: to search near you or share your location with a professional, only when you decide to.
A problem?
You can report a professional or a message from the app. The team reviews reports and can suspend an account.
